Delivery Policy
Our aim is to process and dispatch orders the next working day (stock permitting). All parcels are sent via 2nd class recorded delivery (or equivalent) which will require a signature upon arrival.
We offer a standard delivery rate of £5.95 for orders inside the UK and £13.95 for all other countries within the EU. (Unfortunately we are unable to offer our services outside of the EU)

Return Policy
The Returns Policy is for goods purchased on the website or over the telephone or post.
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, a refund can be made if notified within 14 days from the day on which you received the goods. All items must be returned in their original sale condition (packaging included) with all labels/tags still attached and must be received by us no longer than 28 days from the purchase date. Please ensure shoes are only tried on indoor on carpeted surfaces. We regret that we are unable to bear the costs of return postage of unwanted goods.
